Job Summary
In this role, you will support the finance department with daily operations, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing basic financial reports. This is an ideal position for someone with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and bookkeeping tasks with high accuracy.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices.
- Prepare and maintain basic financial spreadsheets and reports.
- Support the senior accounting team in monthly closing procedures.
- File and organize financial documents and records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred but not required).
