Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow reporting.
- Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and documentation.
- Collaborate with management to forecast budgets and analyze variances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel (Advanced).
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
