Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Maintain and optimize QuickBooks Online with strict adherence to GAAP standards
- Coordinate with auditors during annual reviews and implement control improvements
- Oversee sales tax filings and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop financial reports to support strategic decision-making processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA or advanced certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in reconciling complex multi-entity accounts
- Exceptional attention to detail with error reconciliation experience
- Remote work capability with reliable high-speed internet
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial software
