Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and post journal entries under the supervision of senior staff.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Utilize Excel to organize data and generate basic financial reports.
- Filing, data entry, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software and systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
