Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Prepare basic financial statements and assist with the month-end close process.
- Process accounts payable invoices and support accounts receivable collections.
- Organize and file tax documents, receipts, and other financial records.
- Support the senior accounting team with various ad-hoc reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to learn and obtain professional accounting certifications.
