Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Process accounts payable invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections.
- Support the internal audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems.
- Collaborate with the senior accounting team on special projects and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (0-2 years of experience).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic financial discrepancies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
