Responsibilities
- Assist with the monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and supporting schedules.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and variance analysis.
- Support the internal and external audit processes.
- Organize and file financial documentation and invoices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
