Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring to expand our finance department. You will assist in maintaining our financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly.
- Maintain and update the general ledger system.
- Prepare invoices and expense reports for management review.
- Assist in the annual tax preparation process.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
