Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Support the tax department with the collection of necessary documentation and data entry.
- Conduct basic financial analysis and assist in the preparation of budgets.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships considered).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
