Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and tax documentation.
- Perform routine bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in identifying process improvements.
- Prepare and analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
