Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and journal adjustments
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoice processing and payment
- Contribute to financial reporting by compiling data for balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for transaction processing and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
