Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Support tax documentation preparation and compliance audits
- Conduct data entry with precision and maintain organized filing systems
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis projects
- Adhere to GAAP standards and internal control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic formula knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
