Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Accounts Management: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Compliance: Support the internal audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Assist in tax preparation, budget analysis, and data entry for various client projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience).
- Certification: Pursuing or completed CPA/CMA certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.
