Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for audits and tax filings.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile credit card statements and employee expense reports.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience in accounting (internships are highly valued).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Familiarity with basic tax preparation and GAAP principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
