Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Organize and file financial documents and records in accordance with company policy.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing activities.
- Conduct basic financial analysis and generate reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero) is a plus.
