Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes using QuickBooks software
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions
- Support budget preparation and variance reporting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial projects
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented approach to work with high accuracy standards
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client meetings
