Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate monthly/quarterly reconciliations
- Assist with financial statement preparation under GAAP guidelines
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain vendor/client records
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Contribute to internal audit initiatives and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data trends and prepare variance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
