Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage general ledger entries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support tax documentation and compliance efforts
- Collaborate with senior accountants on budget forecasting
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Participate in internal audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
