Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Contribute to financial statement preparation and analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support tax documentation and audit preparation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle) efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field)
- 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience/internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
