As an Entry Level Accountant, you will work closely with our senior staff to manage daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career changers to build a solid foundation in accounting.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with a focus on accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation.
- Conduct basic financial data analysis and assist in budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently enrolled in a Master’s program).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional finance setting.
