Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with precision
- Assist in month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll support
- Conduct expense audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Support internal controls and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) efficiently
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of relevant internship or work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with GAAP principles and accounting standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- QuickBooks or ERP software experience preferred
