- Assist with full-cycle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports while ensuring GAAP compliance
- Support tax preparation processes for individual and business clients
- Maintain accurate digital and paper financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client deliverables and special projects
- Conduct data entry and maintain organized filing systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 1-2 years of accounting internship or part-time experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks Online
