Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions ensuring timely processing and accuracy
- Support tax preparation activities including documentation collection and preliminary filing
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial audits and regulatory reporting
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) to process transactions and generate reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
