Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for small to mid-sized businesses
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software for data entry and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
