Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets.
- Assist in the development of long-term financial forecasts and operational budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly.
