Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights for leadership
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with executive summaries
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure budget compliance and resource optimization
- Present findings to senior management through clear visualizations and compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Certification (CFA, CPA, or FMVA) preferred
