Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive variance reports for executive leadership
- Build and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Lead cross-departmental budgeting processes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Identify cost optimization opportunities through deep-dive operational expense analysis
- Present financial insights to stakeholders through executive-ready dashboards and presentations
- Collaborate with investment teams to assess financial viability of new opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance or investment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comparables)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis from financial databases
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights to executive leadership
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Certification (CFA, CPA) highly desirable
