Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and KPIs to provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Create executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau
- Lead cross-departmental financial reviews with operations, sales, and product teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Streamline financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining compliance with SOX regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with FP&A cycles and variance analysis
