Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities
- Build dynamic financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead monthly close processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop ad-hoc financial analyses for executive decision support
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Excellent presentation skills with executive communication experience
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
