Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and KPI dashboards
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform financial strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A analysis and capital allocation studies
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
