Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and trends across 15+ product lines using advanced Excel modeling and BI tools
- Prepare monthly/quarterly board-level reports with KPI dashboards and variance analysis
- Develop 3-year financial forecasts and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and cost structures
- Lead ad-hoc financial modeling projects for mergers and market expansion opportunities
- Maintain SOX-compliant documentation and internal controls frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and SQL
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with FP&A cycles and variance analysis methodologies
- Certification in Power BI or Tableau visualization
- Proven track record of presenting complex data to executive stakeholders
