Responsibilities
- Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic indicators to inform financial strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budgeting processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A initiatives and investment opportunities
- Lead monthly close processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Maintain and enhance financial databases and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate or advisory setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
