Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance through variance analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking
- Develop comprehensive financial models for strategic initiatives and investment opportunities
- Create executive-ready dashboards and presentations using Power BI and Excel
- Lead budgeting processes across 5+ business units with $500M+ collective responsibility
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support M&A activities and market expansion
- Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements in financial reporting
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, comparables)
- CFA or CPA designation preferred
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data for diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
