Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across investment portfolios
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards for senior leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting strategic initiatives
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Mentor junior analysts to enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in financial services
- Advanced Excel proficiency with VBA and Power BI skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC filings, and financial modeling
- CFA or CPA certification highly desirable
- Proven experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
