Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets versus actuals.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or areas for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial viability of new initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of investor materials and regulatory compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
