Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance data to identify trends and forecast future outcomes
- Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual financial results
- Support M&A activities through financial due diligence and valuation
- Present findings to stakeholders using clear visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and quantitative reasoning abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
