Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances
- Develop financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and cost optimization
- Monitor KPIs and dashboard performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure SOX compliance
- Present findings to senior management with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CMA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in manufacturing or healthcare industries preferred
