What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports, variance analysis, and forecasting models to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Assist in the budgeting process, including creating annual budgets and managing monthly rolling forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business proposals.
- Maintain and improve internal financial systems and reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
