Responsibilities

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Support tax preparation and compliance activities for corporate and individual clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor/client communications
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and ensure documentation compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and accounting software
