Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain general ledger entries
- Support tax documentation and audit preparation processes
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Adhere to GAAP principles and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
