Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation and analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for transaction recording
- Contribute to budget forecasting and variance reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
