Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile monthly financial transactions using QuickBooks and Excel
- Assist in preparing financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Collaborate with team members on month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- US citizenship or work authorization required
