Responsibilities
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and collections
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct data entry in QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Analyze financial trends and prepare variance reports
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client deliverables
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
