Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with precision and timeliness
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial records ensuring 100% accuracy
- Assist with tax preparation, compliance filings, and audit documentation
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with attention to detail
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client financial planning and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency preferred)

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to create complex spreadsheets
