Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision and timeliness
- Support financial reporting by compiling and analyzing data for management review
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency preferred)
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with internal audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting fundamentals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for client visits)
