Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Analyze financial performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership
- Prepare monthly/quarterly variance reports and operational dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial integration
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Lead process improvement initiatives for financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
