Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit recommendations for loan committees and senior management
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk identification
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure credit solutions aligned with client needs
- Document all credit analysis in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Moody's Analytics, Bloomberg)
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA knowledge preferred
- Credit certification (CRCM, CMB) or willingness to obtain
- Deep understanding of GAAP and lending regulations
