Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and strategy.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for board meetings and external stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
