Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial strategies for high-net-worth clients in Riverside County
- Drive portfolio growth through investment management and retirement planning
- Execute client acquisition through community networking and digital outreach
- Maintain compliance with SEC/FINRA regulations while optimizing tax strategies
- Utilize CRM systems to track KPIs and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Mentor junior advisors on financial product knowledge and client engagement
- Conduct quarterly portfolio reviews and adjust strategies per market conditions
Qualifications
- Series 7 & 66/63/65 licenses (active or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years experience in financial services or client-facing sales
- Proven track record of meeting $500K+ annual revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Wealthbox)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
- Familiarity with RIAs, broker-dealers, and fiduciary standards
