Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and account analysis
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Contribute to tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Participate in internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting experience or internship (entry-level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) preferred but not required
